SASA Teens: for youth in 7th - 10th grade: Paint Your Dragon

  • Serendipity Art Hub 708 Davis Ave N Thief River Falls USA (map)

Paint Your Dragon:

The color of a dragon varies greatly based on its nature and realm. An emerald green dragon symbolizes life and renewal, reflecting spring's lush beauty.

A deep crimson dragon represents power and passion, associated with fire and fury. In contrast, a serene blue dragon embodies tranquility, evoking peace and wisdom.

A golden dragon signifies wealth and grandeur, shining like sunlight. Conversely, a shadowy black dragon represents mystery and strength, while a pure white dragon symbolizes purity and grace, often seen as a guardian of harmony.

Each color carries rich symbolism, adding depth to the dragon's character and the stories they inhabit, reflecting their personality and the narrative themes.

Targeted Art Lesson Plans to Support Your Child's Creativity

At Serendipity Art Hub, we know how important it is to support creativity in children. Participating in art, like painting or drawing, helps their thinking and emotional growth. These activities let children share their feelings and ideas in their own ways.

Exploring different art forms not only improves their skills but also increases their confidence. By providing a safe space for them to express themselves, you help them build their identity and emotional awareness. Group art projects encourage friendships, teaching kids to work together and communicate.

We believe that supporting your child's artistic journey leads to valuable experiences they will cherish forever. Join us in a creative adventure to enhance your child's art experience!

Class Schedule Information for Parents

Meeting Frequency:
Classes will be held twice a month on Thursdays from 4:30-6:00pm, typically during the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month. Please refer to the current calendar for exact dates as occasionally we need to modify the schedule.

Please note that if the first of the month falls within a partial week, that week will not be counted as the first week of the month. This means that:

  • The 1st Thursday of each month will occur in the first full week.

  • The 3rd Thursday will take place in the 3rd full week of the month.

We encourage parents to check our calendar each month for specific class listings and topics.
