• Digital products: Due to the nature of downloadable content, digital purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Events or special offerings: Policies may vary and will be communicated clearly on the sales page.

All content on this website—including text, images, artwork, videos, course materials, prompts, PDFs, and branding—is the intellectual property of Serendipity Art Hub and Gail Ose Studio unless otherwise credited.

7. Children’s Camp Participation Terms

Participation in children’s camps and youth programs at Gail Ose Studio / Serendipity Art Hub requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By registering a child, the parent or guardian agrees that:

• The child is physically and emotionally able to participate in creative activities such as painting, clay, glass, or mixed media

• Reasonable safety guidelines will be followed, and staff instructions respected

• Creative activities may involve materials that could stain clothing or cause minor mess

Parents acknowledge that:

• Participation includes inherent risks common to art-making environments

• Gail Ose Studio and Serendipity Art Hub are not responsible for personal belongings

• Minor injuries or emotional responses may occur as part of creative exploration

Parents or guardians grant permission for:

• Emergency medical care if needed

• Use of photos or videos of camp activities for promotional purposes unless explicitly declined in writing
