Experience the fun of painting whether a newbie or seasoned creator. We offer a range of opportunity for exploring acrylics and watercolors including guided instruction, workshops and group activities.
Walk-ins during open hours are always welcome.
Walk-ins are typically self led after a brief introduction to the process.

Harvest Moon Aurora Painting
Kids & Tweens Ages 7-12
Come paint the magic of the northern sky!
Kids and tweens will create their own colorful Harvest Moon Aurora Painting, complete with a glowing moon, swirling northern lights, mountains, trees, and shimmering water.
I’ll guide young artists step by step, while giving them plenty of freedom to choose colors, add their own touches, and make their painting uniquely theirs.
This is all about having fun, experimenting with paint, and creating something they’ll be proud to take home! No painting experience needed.

We’ll create a colorful Harvest Moon Aurora painting filled with sweeping northern lights, a glowing moon, dark evergreens, distant mountains, and reflections dancing across the water.
I’ll guide you through the painting step by step while leaving plenty of room to play with the colors and make the painting your own.
No painting experience is needed.

No painting experience is required! This workshop is designed for any level of painting experience from beginner to advanced!In this 5-hour workshop you will experience meditation and its healing benefits through the activity of painting. As you paint, you distract your "monkey mind" with the colors and the way the paint bends and layers on the canvas, bringing yourself into a present-moment, meditative awareness. For many, this is one of the easiest ways to meditate, because you are allowing the doing of painting to guide you into the meditative state, rather than sitting still and trying to stop the mind.
During our time together you are free to mess up, to make mistakes, to waste time, to get lost, and to let go of all the old stories around painting and "talent" and "good" or "bad" in order to bring yourself completely present and feel the universes and multiverses of possibility and abundance that open up within you as you paint. Whether you have never painted before or paint professionally, you will be guided into unexplored landscapes within you, as you get lost in colors flowing into other colors, layering on top of each other, and creating a kaleidoscope of light and form.
The size of the canvas you will be painting on is 20” x 20”. All materials necessary for this workshop are included in the cost. The only thing to bring is yourself with a willingness to play and have fun at the canvas with Creative Frequency Coach Gail Ose. Leave with your very own Mandala painting ready to hang on the wall!
The cost of this private 6-hour workshop is $95 per participant with a minimum of 5 participants.
