The Experience: Step away from the noise of daily life and into a sacred, creative threshold.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned artist, you will be gently guided through the portal painting process — creating from within, listening deeply, and allowing meaning to emerge layer by layer.
This retreat is designed as a fully immersive creative experience.
A sacred creative threshold where art, candlelight, lakeside reflection, shared creative space, and meaningful connection weave together into a deeply nourishing rhythm designed to gently guide you back to yourself.
In addition to your portal painting journey, you will create meaningful keepsakes and ritual objects throughout our time together — including inspiration cards, a personal prayer cloth, and a hand-painted art bag to carry home as reminders of your experience and our time together.
No painting experience is necessary — only a willingness to explore, create, and reconnect.
Nestled along the quiet beauty of Allen’s Bay, we will live, cook, and create together in a cozy lakeside A-frame. The rhythm of the water, the stillness of the Northwoods, and the shared creative energy of the group become part of the process itself.
