The fun in Serendipity’s clay room continues just in time to usher in spring!
Join in the fun as Gail guides you along in making this cute garden frog. There are two sizes to choose from. Price includes all clay, glazing and kiln firings. Pieces will be glazed the same day as they are made with the option to return on another day to finish if you have to leave early or if you wish to return to make any finishing touches.
This unique double chime looks like it has been split down the middle. Bring a friend and you each create one side of the wind chime or make both sides yourself and if you like, gift the other half to a special person in your life. Price includes both sides of the chime. Choose to make either a 4-nch or 6-inch chime.
Cost of the class includes all glass, supplies, kiln firing and instructions.
This class is done in two sessions. Please pick your preferred times for each day.
Day 1 Saturday, April 12th 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
or 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
Day 2 Saturday, April 19th 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
or 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
(Day 2 is included in initial registration price when you pay for Day 1.)
Adults and mature teens are welcome to join us for this two-session workshop. Session one you will create three 2-inch panels to be fired in house by our helpful staff. In session two, you will build your box and take it home. Although class is scheduled in 2-hour sessions, many participants finish early.

Advanced Art workshops are designed for students in 11th and 12th grade, providing a comprehensive exploration of various artistic mediums and techniques. These workshops provide an opportunity for students to delve deeper into various artistic mediums and techniques. Participants may explore the intricate processes involved in painting, clay modeling, and glass fusing, among other creative pursuits.
These workshops are organized in blocks, which may include multiple sessions, allowing students to immerse themselves in the creative process.
Overall, these classes foster creative thinking and personal expression, encouraging students to build a strong portfolio that showcases their individual artistic voice. By the conclusion of these workshops, participants will possess a wide-ranging skill set and a deeper appreciation for the expansive realm of art.
What to expect: Create your own colorful wind chime pieces using our stamps and cutters and glaze them the same day.
When they are bone dry, which takes about a week, we will fire them and then notify you to come in and pick them up. You may assemble them at Serendipity when you pick them up or we will cut you pieces of leather lacing to take home with your pieces so you can assemble it at home.
This is a great activity to do with kids or as a couple. If you have a group of three or more who are interested in this event, enter code GROUP at checkout for the discounted group rate. Standard group rate discount is %10.
Enjoy the fun and creativity of pinch pottery. Explore making plates, bowls, planters and more. The options for pinch pottery are endless. Feel free to bring any items for shaping and imprinting that you may want to use as you create.
During 2-sessions, you will be using low fire clay with a choice of glazes. During session 1 you will create your pinch pot piece and leave it to dry which can take as much as a week, depending on how thick your piece is. When it is dry, it will be put in the kiln for a first firing. When you return for session 2, you will glaze your pinch pot creation and leave it for a second firing.
This activity is available for you to do as a walk-in.

In this class you will use a slab roller along with other optional design elements to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor wall pocket perfect for cuttings, small plants, or flower snips.
This is a two-session activity with time in between for your item to dry and be bisque fired before glazing. You will be using high fire clay and traditional stoneware glazes.
Cost of the class is $45 per person plus applicable sales tax.
A dreamcatcher is a timeless symbol of hope and healing. During this 2-hour guided workshop you will be constructing your very own dreamcatcher from a variety of bits and pieces, dangles and bead elements from our pre-cut glass bar. The size of your completed dreamcatcher will be approximately 4”x12”, not including the hanger and will be available for pick up one week following this class.
Although this class is open for all ages, we ask that children under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult.
The cost of the class is $45 plus applicable sales tax.
If you loved attending our February keepsake love box, or missed attending that event but wished you had, you will love making this delightful Lucky Clover box! Join us for a two-session guided class where you’ll be making a beautiful 2”x2” miniature glass box.
During Session one you’ll be creating your box top, bottom and accent panel. During session two you will assemble your box and take it home with you that day.
This class involves using our glass grinder and industrial strength adhesive so N95 masks, latex gloves and safety glasses are required and provided or you’re welcome to bring your own.
Price of the class is $75 plus tax.
This class is for adults and mature teens. No experience required!

This is a 12-month subscription-based program that begins on the first month you sign up and continues for 12 months. When you sign up, you agree to pay for the cost of this monthly class for a term of 12 months. The recurring monthly charge for this membership is $35 plus applicable sales tax.
Each month you will create a unique thematic 3”-4” mosaic with dangles. We will offer two guided sessions each month, Thursday evening 5:30-8:00 and Saturday afternoon 1:00-3:30. If for some reason attending one of our guided sessions is not possible, you are welcome to come in during open hours and make your sun chime using our samples as a reference. We know once you start making and collecting your chimes you will want to have them all. If you wish to bring a friend or companion to join you in making a chime, they will pay a one-time charge of $45, class space permitting.

Create your own charming town or neighborhood in glass. Personalize your creation further by adding your town’s name if you like! Or create a beach /cabin scene. You will have the option of making this piece for hanging on the wall or as a stand-up picture with glass side easel props.
Guided, step-by-step instructions will be given. No prior glass fusing experience required. Kids 10+ years old are welcome to attend.
